By creating an account or using Caffeinated, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. Together, they govern your use of the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Caffeinated. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has gained access to it.
Anything you post — check-in photos, ratings, tasting notes, Community photos and captions, comments — stays yours. By posting it, you give Caffeinated a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute it within the app for as long as it stays posted.
You're responsible for what you post, and by posting it you confirm you have the right to share it. Don't post anything that violates someone else's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.

Every photo uploaded to a check-in or the Community feed is automatically screened for safety and relevance before anyone else can see it — see our Privacy Policy for how that works. Content that fails this check is rejected automatically, and we may remove content or act on accounts after the fact.
All product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products being tracked. Drink images shown in the app are real product photography, used only to help you recognize and log the drinks you're tracking — they aren't licensed by, provided by, or affiliated with any brand.
Caffeine content, "caffeine in your body" estimates, and related figures shown in the app are general estimates for informational purposes only — not medical advice. Individual caffeine sensitivity and metabolism vary significantly from person to person.
Features like check-in location tagging and Discover Stores rely on your device's location and third-party mapping data, which may not always be accurate or complete. We don't guarantee the accuracy of any location, store, or place shown in the app.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what that removes. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.
Caffeinated is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of content posted by other users that you might find objectionable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caffeinated and its developer aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Caffeinated after a change means you accept the updated terms.
